It’s always the right time to ignore Paul Krugman, … who’s drink-yourself-sober advice on handling the debt crisis is so sharply at odds with reality.

That’s from Tim Cavanaugh’s piece giving a blow-by-blow account of Krugman’s spat with Bundesbank president Axel Weber, after the Germans decided to ignore the NYT‘s bearded financial spirit-healer’s advice. Tim calls him a “shaman”. Like our ‘economists’, are our kids turning to shamanism?
